Your duties:

You will be responsible for the dispatch of full and groupage traffic including such aspects as operating efficiency and compliance with legal regulations. You will be the first point of contact for our English customers and partners, with whom you will negotiate prices on your own. In addition, you will take on all communications with transport companies, drivers, and warehouse personnel on site.

Your profile:

You have completed your professional training as a freight forwarding assistant and preferably several years’ work experience in a similar position. You speak proficient English and have good German skills. Enjoying your job and being a team player, being able to cope with stress and being well organized round off your profile.

Organization and flexibility are your trademark, as are good communication skills, being a team player and a sense of responsibility. You may have already gained some work experience through internships. We assume you have good skills in written and spoken German and English.
